Ching...

An exciting new talent, Ching comes from Liuzhou in the Guangxi province of Southern China and was classically trained from the age of four. Her father was her first violin teacher and she further studied the violin at Beijing Music Academy. Her mother, a professional dancer, taught Ching dance at the Dance Academy and she gave her first performance at the age of six. She has combined these two talents to produce a presentation of music that has enchanted audiences wherever she has played. Already internationally acclaimed, Ching arrived in England in July 2000 to study at the Royal Academy of Music in London.

She has appeared with high profile personalities such as Dame Shirley Bassey and at major corporate events for both the UK Government and Foreign Ambassadors. Articles in OK! magazine and other national publications feature Ching as one of the most outstanding new musical personalities seen for a long time. Other major celebrities to acclaim her fantastic performances include Rick Wakeman, Laurie Holloway and former British Prime Minister, John Major.

In March 2005, Ching was invited to perform at the Tsunami Appeal organised by the British Government where guests included Cheri Blair, Sir John Mills and many other famous figures. Later, she was invited to play for Sir John Mills at his private party to celebrate what turned out to be his last birthday. As well as major venues in the UK, Ching is thrilling audiences on many of the world’s leading cruise lines including Radisson Seven Seas, P&O and Silver Seas with her brilliant musical talent. She has recently appeared on Channel 4, been heard on Classical FM and played in Monte Carlo, the Royal Albert Hall, the Queen’s Festival Hall and the Theatre Royal, Windsor.

In October 2007 she gave an after-dinner classical recital for Prince Edward and other members of the Royal Family at Windsor Castle and, with her more contemporary repertoire, performed at the UNICEF Masked Ball in London. She has also performed for the Variety Club of Great Britain and the "Waterats".

She is now recording her first album with some of the UK’s top producers.

She is available either with piano accompaniment or a live orchestra.
